allowing the active or passive proselyting of any religion in China.
This is strictly enforced. Any religious materials brought to China
should be for personal study only. The government does allow
foreigners to meet privately, but no Chinese natives are allowed
to attend any meetings. No participant should engage in formal or
informal missionary activities in any way. Teachers found violating
these conditions will be sent home immediately.
